These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Aesthetic (the “App”), provided by the developer identified on the App Store listing (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement — and do not replace — Apple’s licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) and App Store rules that apply to iOS apps.
Aesthetic lets you browse curated and bundled wallpaper imagery, save images to your device where permitted, explore collections, and optionally subscribe to Premium features described inside the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App or its content to improve performance, comply with law, or reflect product decisions.
The App is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements for entering into binding agreements in their jurisdiction and for using the App Store in their region.
No account registration is required for core browsing features. Preferences such as favorites may be stored locally on your device.
Optional paid subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly plans labeled in the App) are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Pricing, renewal periods, and taxes are shown at purchase time in the App Store flow.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- If you reinstall the App, use Restore Purchases where offered to sync entitlements with Apple.
We do not handle your payment card details inside the App; Apple’s payment terms and refund policies apply.
If you are not on an active Premium entitlement that removes ads (where applicable), the App may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) or similar technologies.
Advertising partners process data under their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for a summary and links to Google’s policies.
Wallpapers, artwork, branding, UI design, and other materials in the App are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and to save wallpapers for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.
- You may not redistribute, sell, scrape, systematically download, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the App’s content or assets without permission.
- If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details (see Section 11).
You agree not to misuse the App. Examples of prohibited conduct include:
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App beyond what applicable law permits.
- Using the App to violate law or third-party rights.
- Circumventing payment, DRM, or Premium access controls.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; wallpaper availability may change over time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO IF NO FEES WERE PAID DIRECTLY TO US (FOR EXAMPLE WHEN APPLE PROCESSED PAYMENT).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
The App relies on third parties including Apple (App Store, StoreKit) and Google (advertising). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms.
